All-on-4 is an implant-supported restoration technique that uses four strategically positioned dental implants to support a full arch of replacement teeth. It may be considered for patients who have lost most or all teeth in the upper or lower jaw.

Treatment begins with clinical examination, 3D diagnostics, and individual planning. The surgical stage may include extraction of remaining teeth and implant placement. A temporary prosthesis may be fitted when clinically appropriate, while the final restoration is usually completed after healing.
